Commercial Contract Lawyer

What we need: 


A Corporate Lawyer well-versed in drafting commercial agreements. 


What you will do: 


  • Should be conversant with Contract/Agreement Vetting. This would include Contracts between business partners, such as purchase and sale agreements or joint venture agreements, service provider, agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, employment agreements, licensing agreements, and other commercial contracts.

  • Should be updated with the latest amendments in the various corporate laws.

  • Drafting and reviewing Share Subscription Agreement, Shareholders' Agreements, and other transaction documentation.

  • Conducting Due Diligence for transactions.

  • Finalizing the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for different clients

  • Helping various companies prepare and finalizing their Employee Stock Option Plans Policy (ESOP Policy) and staying updated with the latest amendments.

What you need to have: 


  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.

  • Must have experience in drafting and vetting Commercial Contracts.

  • Work experience in a law firm is mandatory.



VC Transactions Lawyer

What we need: 


A Corporate Lawyer well-versed in drafting commercial agreements and handling VC transactions independently.  


What you will do: 


  • Structuring transactions.

  • Drafting and negotiating Term Sheets.

  • Drafting and negotiating Share Subscription Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholders' Agreements, Co-Founders' Agreements, Escrow Agreements, ESOP Policies, Advisory stocks, amongst others.

  • Conducting legal and compliance due diligence for startups.

  • Closing formalities for transactions

What you need to have: 


  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience.

  • Must have experience in handling VC Transactions independently.

  • Work experience in a law firm is mandatory.



Client Relation

What you will do: 


  • Assist with identifying partnerships.

  • Assist with organizing workshops.

  • Assist with new client communications.

  • Identify opportunities for publications.

  • Co-ordinate and send fee proposals.

What you need to have: 


  • Know how to strike a good conversation and establish long-standing relationships with people.

  • Candidates having work experience in the legal/start-up space will have an added advantage.  



Executive Assistant to the Founder 

What we need:

A smart, well-spoken, and ambitious lawyer to work with our Founder.

What you will do:


  • Manage client communications on behalf of the Founder.

  • Partner with other team members and assist with Business Development.

  • Coordinate with the Content and Social Media Management Team.

  • Attend team meetings with the Co-Founder.

What you need to have: 


  • Must be an LLB/LLM graduate.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

  • Strong communication, networking, and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.



Compliance Head

What we need: 


A Company Secretary with min 6 Years PQE in a Leadership role working with a Compliance/CS Firm. This job role would involve Client Management, Team Management & Business Strategy. He/She needs to be well-versed with the compliance needs of a startup.


What you will do: 


  • Liaise with existing clients to understand expectations and deliver accordingly.

  • Manage a team of Company Secretaries.

  • Plan & strategize business growth for the organization from a scaling up /revenue perspective.
