Deadline for conducting AGM extended from June 30, 2020 to September 30, 2020

MCA has extended the time frame for conducting Annual General Meetings by the Companies, which are following Financial Year as January 1 to December 31. The revised due date is September 30, 2020, instead of June 30, 2020. As per Companies Act, 2013, all the Companies are required to conduct its AGM within 6 months from the end of Financial Year (except for the 1st AGM).
